Job summary

Carrier Singapore is seeking a Growth Hunter in HVAC sales to manage key accounts and drive aftermarket orders. You will identify opportunities, propose options, and coordinate with Technical Support to meet customer needs.

Role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering with 5+ years in HVAC sales, ability to grow markets, and willingness to travel. A transport allowance is provided for customer visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HVAC sales experience.
• Ability to grow new markets and nurture existing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead contact for customers and manage a portfolio of accounts.
• Identify sales opportunities, prepare proposals and coordinate processes.
• Understand customer needs and work with Technical Support to meet them.
• Organise service reviews with customers and Ops team on critical issues.
• Develop pricing strategies and present contracts to customers.
• Drive customer growth and loyalty through ongoing support.
