Job summary

GlobalFoundries Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Principal HR Business Partner to align HR strategy with manufacturing goals. You will partner with business leaders, drive talent management, and champion organizational change while upholding confidentiality and professionalism.

You will coach managers across recruitment, performance, and employee relations, building engagement and ensuring compliant HR practices in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience in manufacturing or electronics.
• Strong knowledge of labour law and HR processes.
• Excellent communication in a multi-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to deliver timely HR services and solutions.
• Coach line managers in recruitment, performance and talent management.
• Drive organizational effectiveness and change initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct in all HR matters.
• Organize internal All Hands communications and employee engagement activities.

Skills
