Job summary

GlobalFoundries in Singapore seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Principal Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across R&D, Engineering, and Commercial functions. This role partners with business leaders to provide consultative support and ensure a seamless, value-added recruitment experience.

Responsibilities include workforce planning, sourcing strategy, candidate assessments, interview management, offer negotiations, and onboarding support, with ongoing process improvements

Qualifications

• 6+ years of talent acquisition experience in a technical or manufacturing environment.
• Experience using ATS (Workday) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, referrals).
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for R&D, Engineering, and Commercial functions.
• Lead workforce planning, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessments.
• Oversee interview management, offers, negotiations, and onboarding.
• Provide market insights and hiring recommendations to leadership.
• Build strong partnerships with HRBPs and COEs to align hiring with business goals.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
