Job summary

You will partner with executives to translate priorities into HR initiatives, lead workforce planning, succession, leadership development, and change programs, and coach leaders to build a high-performance, inclusive workplace aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
• Experience supporting senior executives and global or regional entities.
• Proven track record in organizational transformation and workforce planning.
