Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd partners with a leading technology manufacturing organisation to appoint an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function in Singapore. The role covers HR leadership, operations, business partnering, talent management and workforce planning to support growth and employee engagement.

You will work with business leaders across the site, drive HR process improvements, oversee compliance with Singapore employment laws, manage employee relations and payroll governance, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Diploma with significant relevant experience considered.
• Minimum 8 years HR experience, including 3 years in leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, engineering or production environments preferred.
• Broad HR experience covering operations, employee relations, performance management, talent management and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR team and oversee day-to-day HR operations.
• Coach and develop HR staff and ensure service delivery.
• Oversee payroll governance, HR administration and lifecycle processes.
• Partner with business leaders on organisational and people-related matters.
• Manage employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Lead annual performance management and talent reviews.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide workforce insights.
