GlobalFoundries is seeking an experienced Principal Specialist Talent Acquisition in Singapore to manage the full lifecycle of recruitment across R&D, engineering, and commercial roles. You will partner with leaders to develop sourcing strategies and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in talent acquisition, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with ATS and Workday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 6+ years in talent acquisition.
• Experience in engineering/manufacturing/semi-conductor environment preferred.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn and Workday.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for R&D, Engineering, and Commercial functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and provide market insights.
• Lead sourcing through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Conduct interviews and provide objective assessments to hiring teams.
• Oversee offers, negotiations, and onboarding support.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and COEs to align hiring strategies.
