Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR leader to head the Singapore HR team and drive operational excellence across HR functions.

You will coach and develop the HR staff, allocate workloads, and ensure timely, high-quality HR service delivery while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will oversee payroll governance, HR administration, employee lifecycle processes and audits, and own Oracle HCM governance and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Diploma holders with significant relevant experience will also be considered. IHRP-CP or IHRP-SP certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Singapore HR team and oversee day-to-day HR operations.
• Coach, develop and manage the HR team members.
• Allocate workload and ensure timely, high-quality HR service delivery.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the HR team.
• Oversee payroll governance, HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.
• Lead internal and external HR audits and HRIS governance (Oracle HCM).
• Serve as HR Business Partner for assigned client groups and advise on organizational design, workforce planning and talent strategies.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, talent development and workforce planning.
