GlobalFoundries Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Principal Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.

This role partners with business leaders to provide consultative support and ensure a seamless, value-added recruitment experience. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for R&D, Engineering and Commercial functions, drive workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding, and collaborate with HR

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
Experience in engineering/manufacturing/semi-conductor environment preferred.
Experience with ATS and tools such as LinkedIn and Workday.
High-volume recruitment experience and audit processes.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for R&D, Engineering, and Commercial functions.
Workforce planning, sourcing strategy, candidate assessments, interviews, offers, onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and provide market insights.
Leverage diverse sourcing channels to attract high-quality talent.
Maintain regular updates to candidates and stakeholders throughout the process.
