Job summary

A leading staffing agency in Singapore seeks an Executive Assistant cum HR to optimize the Director's schedule and manage their office efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or HR, at least five years of relevant experience, and strong proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems. The role involves managing executive communications, board meetings, and special projects, ensuring confidentiality and operational excellence. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in office management, HR administration, or executive secretary roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and payroll processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
