Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase event bookings and revenue growth
- Present and showcase venues through personalised walkthroughs and tailored proposals
- Partner closely with culinary and operations teams to create bespoke menus, concepts, and guest experiences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, corporate partners, and returning guests
- Serve as the main host and point of contact for events, ensuring exceptional execution from pre-planning to event day
- Produce engaging sales collateral such as brochures, digital mailers, and social media content
- Manage full event lifecycle — from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up
- Maintain and enhance CRM/event databases to track preferences, history, and spending behaviour
- Review sales reports and forecasts to identify trends, gaps, and new revenue opportunities
- Explore strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives based on market insights and audience behaviour
Key Requirements
- Candidates with strong customer service backgrounds from premium service industries are highly encouraged to apply, especially those passionate about hospitality, F&B, and events
- Experience in guest engagement, premium service delivery, events, or sales
