Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Consulting or IT Services.
• 6+ years of account management or business development experience.
• Prior experience managing Retail / CPG / Logistics clients is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of industry trends and consultative selling.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic CRL accounts.
• Lead preparation of proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Support and lead commercial and contract negotiations.
• Manage client follow-ups for SOW sign-off and timely payment.
