is seeking a results-driven Business Development professional to lead market expansion across Singapore and Southeast Asia, with a focus on data centres and critical power infrastructure. You will build strategic relationships with end-users, government agencies, consultants, EPC contractors, system integrators, and key partners; drive opportunities from specification through award and support tendering activities.

Qualifications

3–5 years of Sales or Business Development experience, preferably in Southeast Asia.
Experience in Data Centre industry and related infrastructure preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop growth strategies and market-specific plans for Singapore and Southeast Asia.
Identify and manage high-value sales opportunities within target industries and customer segments.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
Establish preferred partners and secure vendor registrations and supplier status with key stakeholders.
Develop relationships with end-users, government agencies, consultants, EPC contractors, system integrators, and strategic partners.
Promote latest products, technologies, and solutions to decision-makers and industry influencers.
Lead commercial discussions and negotiate with customers to secure project wins.
Support tendering activities, proposal preparation, and project pursuit strategies.
Monitor industry trends and provide market insights to support product development and business strategy initiatives.
