Job summary

Keppel Management Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced business development professional to lead end-to-end investment activities in the data centre space.

You will identify, source, evaluate and execute opportunities globally, supporting greenfield and brownfield developments while advancing sustainable solutions. The role reports to the Head of Business & Programme Development and is based in Singapore, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Corporate Finance, Real Estate, Engineering or equivalent.
• 8-14 years relevant working experience in business development, investment, power & renewables.
• Experience in data centres or energy-related industries is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with proven financial modeling and market research capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a team that drives greenfield and brownfield data centre development projects globally
• Develop and pursue opportunities to build up power banks for future data centre developments
• Support end-to-end investment process, including origination, deal evaluation, commercial viability, financial analysis and modelling, negotiations, due diligence, and execution
• Conduct market research / scanning and be up to date with industry developments in key identified markets
• Prepare briefing papers and presentations for senior management, potential partners and customers
• Mentor and guide junior team members
• Support ad-hoc initiatives as required
