Job summary

ENGIE Singapore is seeking a results-driven Business Development professional to accelerate growth across data centres, facilities management, and energy solutions. You will shape strategic plans, identify opportunities, and work with internal teams to turn proposals into wins.

The role requires 4+ years in data centre operations or solutioning, strong pricing and tender experience, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Facilities Management/Engineering or equivalent.
• 4+ years experience in data centre ops, solutioning or services sales.
• Experience with tender management and sales support in mission-critical environments.
• Familiarity with data centre infrastructure (HVAC, power, UPS, BMS).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic business plans to accelerate growth and profitability.
• Identify opportunities in data centre operations and coordinate with internal teams.
• Support tender preparation and pricing coordination.
• Consolidate vendor quotations for proposals.
• Participate in client meetings and site visits.
• Contribute to sales pipelines and business cases.
