Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business or related discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in electronics, semiconductor, optical communication, optics, or related industries.
• Proven track record in business development, sales execution, customer acquisition, and solution recommendation.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills for business decisions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to acquire new customers and strengthen relationships with suppliers and clients.
• Conduct customer visits to promote products and identify market demand and trends.
• Drive growth in existing and new markets through strategic planning and execution.
• Recommend and sell products by leveraging technical expertise and customer requirements.
• Perform cost-benefit analyses to support opportunities and decisions.
• Follow up on payment matters and assist in resolving shipment issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions.
