Job summary

ENGIE Group in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager, Business Development (IFM) to drive strategic growth across facilities management, data centres, digital solutions, energy efficiency and renewables. You will support proposals, coordinate with internal teams, build the sales pipeline and contribute to tender submissions, ensuring deadlines and approvals are met.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business/Facilities Management/Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 4 years relevant experience in data centre operations/solutioning/services sales.
• Experience in business development, sales support or tender management within mission-critical or facilities operations environment.
• Knowledge of data centre infrastructure (HVAC, power systems, UPS, generators, BMS).
• Communicative, active personality and team spirit.
• Able to interact professionally with all levels while maintaining ethics and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to accelerate growth and market share.
• Support growth of data centre facilities operations through proposals, vendor quotations, and internal coordination.
• Identify new opportunities in data centre operations, colocation and critical facilities management.
• Conduct market research on competitors, pricing trends and customer needs.
• Support sales pipelines and track business opportunities.
• Assist in preparing business cases, revenue models and commercial proposals.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations and site visits.
• Consolidate quotations for equipment and services for proposals or tenders.
• Support tender prep including documentation, input, compliance checks and pricing.
