Job summary

EnviroDynamics Solutions Pte Ltd seeks a senior business development leader to expand enterprise data center and cloud infrastructure partnerships in APAC from Singapore. You will drive client acquisition, structure complex commercial terms, and coordinate with internal teams for seamless delivery.

The role requires deep regional knowledge, a strong network with hyperscalers, and fluency in English and Mandarin to negotiate with regional HQs and North Asian stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Engineering, Business Management, International Trade, or Renewable Energy.
• 8–10 years corporate experience, with 3–5 years in overseas data center or cloud expansion.
• Proven relationships with hyperscalers or Tier-1 providers preferred.
• Familiarity with data center models, PUE, ESS, or PPAs an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin for negotiations and contracts.
• Willingness to travel up to 2 weeks per trip across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise client acquisition and sourcing strategy in the region.
• Oversee greenfield project deployment and commercial terms (PPAs, leases, contracts).
• Develop and onboard APAC partner ecosystem with governance frameworks.
• Monitor regulatory landscapes and market intelligence to inform leadership.
