Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and 8+ years in power generation sales.
• Proven success in direct and channel sales with revenue growth.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management at senior levels.
• High commercial drive and ability to work in a challenging environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across the region.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to secure opportunities via sales strategies and value propositions.
• Build long-term relationships with end customers and industry stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales and project opportunity pipeline.
• Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and targets for SEA Data Center market.
• Guide pricing, quotation strategies, and commercial approaches with partners.
• Identify strategic partnerships and alliances to expand offerings.
• Provide technical and marketing support related to Data Center solutions.
• Analyse sales performance and market trends to provide insights.
• Represent the organization at industry events and collaborate on marketing materials.
• Serve as subject-matter expert in Data Center power solutions and on-site power design.
