Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Estate Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years (up to 8 for Senior BDM) in sales, account management, or business development in FM or built environment.
• Strong financial acumen for tender costing and pricing.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Familiar with hard/soft services and workplace safety regulations.
• CFME Tier 3 or 4 accreditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research market trends and identify potential clients to expand the company’s client base and revenue streams.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients for long-term success.
• Lead preparation of business proposals, presentations, and tender submissions aligned with client requirements.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine business development strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of proposals and client solutions.
• Track opportunities from platforms like GeBiz, Tender Board and Ariba.
