Job summary

CTM Facilities Management PTE. LTD. is seeking a driven Business Development professional with 3–8 years in sales or BD within FM. The role focuses on expanding the client base, securing profitable contracts, and leading tender submissions.

The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, collaborate cross-functionally, and monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities in the FM sector.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Estate Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3–8 years in sales, account management or business development within FM or built environment.

Responsibilities

• Research market trends and identify potential clients to expand the client base.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients for long-term growth.
• Lead preparation of proposals, presentations and tender submissions to meet client requirements.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine BD strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance and technical teams to deliver client solutions.
• Track BD opportunities on GeBiz, Tender Board and Ariba.
• Manage end-to-end tender submissions including pricing and quality proposals.
• Provide market intelligence on trends, tech and opportunities for smart building solutions.
• Develop relationships with asset owners, REITs and corporate clients to identify new opportunities.
