Job summary

RS Recruitment Agency in Singapore seeks a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding market share in Facilities Management (FM) Operations and Alteration & Addition (A&A) projects.

You will leverage your industry network to originate, develop and close opportunities, building a sustainable pipeline and achieving ambitious targets across Singapore.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of proven business development and sales experience in FM, Building Services, Construction or M&E.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and securing high-value FM Operations and A&A contracts.
• Strong personal network and extensive portfolio of industry contacts.
• Strong commercial acumen with negotiation, influencing and relationship management skills.
• Excellent presentation, communication and business development capabilities.
• Highly self-driven, proactive and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Willing to travel and actively engage clients across Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development and sales plans to achieve revenue, profitability and growth objectives.
• Identify, originate and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals and client engagement.
• Leverage industry network to generate qualified leads and secure FM Operations and A&A projects.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, relationship management and market penetration.
• Acquire new clients while expanding opportunities within existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
• Establish and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, REITs, consultants and key decision-makers.
• Lead the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract award.
• Identify market trends and customer needs to strengthen market position.
• Develop strategic account plans to maximize customer value and recurring business.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver competitive technical and commercial solutions.
• Prepare forecasts, pipelines and market intelligence reports for management.
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets and revenue goals.
