Job summary

Peregrine Security (Singapore) seeks an experienced Business Development Manager – Facilities Management to lead sales and growth of the FM portfolio in Singapore.

You will develop strategic sales plans, identify key opportunities, build relationships with building owners, developers, REITs and corporate clients, and drive end-to-end tender processes to win contracts and secure renewals.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant sales/business development experience.
• Experience securing FM or technical services contracts in Singapore.
• Experience managing complex tenders and commercial negotiations.
• Existing relationships with building owners, property managers, developers, REITs, government agencies or corporate occupiers advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales and business development strategy for the Singapore FM market.
• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities and key target accounts.
• Lead end-to-end tender process from qualification to contract award.
• Develop commercial proposals, pricing models, presentations and value propositions.
• Maintain senior-level relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
