PREMPLAS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. seeks a proactive Account Manager in Singapore to manage existing client portfolios and acquire new accounts.

The role focuses on understanding customer requests, addressing complaints, and delivering high service standards to foster long-term relationships. You will be the main contact for account matters, promote products through upselling, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, staying informed about market trends and product

Qualifications

Knowledge of client account management and ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
Excellent listening, communication, and presenting skills. Ability to articulate well on products and services.
Understanding of market trends and industry dynamics to position offerings effectively.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for all customer account-related matters.
Build and maintain positive and long-lasting client relationships.
Conduct after-sales activities and promote company products and services via cross-selling and upselling to existing clients.
Act as client advocates and work with internal departments to ensure that clients' needs are understood and satisfied.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services, its competitiveness relative to market products, as well as market and industry trends.
Actively source for new prospects and convert them to leads to generate new accounts for the company.
