Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive sales/account manager to oversee key customer accounts from contract through delivery. You will coordinate quotations, pricing and lifecycle activities, and work closely with operations to resolve delivery and quality issues.

You will develop new business opportunities, visit customers and trade shows (including overseas travel when required), and prepare regular revenue and pipeline reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage key customer accounts, including contracts, quotations and pricing.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable manufacturing solutions.
• Coordinate product lifecycle activities from prototype to mass production and end-of-life.
• Work with operations teams to resolve delivery and quality issues.
• Develop new customers and expand business opportunities.
• Attend customer visits and trade shows, including overseas travel when required.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports covering revenue and sales pipeline.
