Job summary

A leading psychiatric facility in Singapore is seeking a Pharmacy Storekeeper to manage pharmaceutical inventory effectively. The role involves ensuring accurate stock levels, proper storage conditions for medications, and supporting pharmacy staff. Applicants should have at least GCE 'O' level or NTC 2, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. Responsibilities

  • Receive and issue/distribute stocks accurately and timely.
  • Segregate drugs clearly with different expiry dates/brands.
  • Ensure drugs are stored under appropriate storage conditions.
  • Calibrate de-blistering equipment and perform de-blistering process.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of equipment parts.
  • Repack medication into unit dose packages manually.
  • Top-up supplies into the Automated Dispensing Cabinet (ADC) accurately and timely.
  • Assist the Pharmacy Technician in monitoring inventory level and expiry dates.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
