Job summary

Hiring

Storekeeper – Permanent Part-Time

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 12noon to 5pm, Sat : 1pm to 3pm

Salary

$1,200.00 with CPF contribution

114 Lavender Street, CT Hub 2 (near DT23 Bendemeer MRT / EW11 Lavender MRT)

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock update and conduct monthly stock count to ensure inventory accuracy of stocks.
  • Order Fulfilment: Processing and dispatching customer orders from online market places and coordinating with logistics for collection of goods. Ensure that all orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. Managing customer returns request in lie with company policies.
  • Receiving Goods: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against packing list. Ensure goods storage properly in same SKU, colours.
  • Keep record of damaged and update inventory record.
  • Other Duties: Optimize storage space and maintain cleanliness.
  • Assist with deliveries to stores.
Requirements
  • Minimum Nitec / O level.
  • Microsoft Office for processing online order e-commerce online platforms.
  • Positive work attitude and ability to work as a team player.
  • Must be able to read and understand Chinese to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
  • Ability to complete tasks independently.
  • Flexible Work hours can be arranged.
