  • Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Food Production
  • Position Title: Store Operations Manager
  • Working Location: Senoko
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm; Sat, 8am – 12pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic $7,000 - $8,000 + Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee daily operations across 8 restaurants.
  • Lead and guide outlet operations to meet agreed targets and support ongoing improvements.
  • Support business growth, including planning and setting up new outlets in Singapore or nearby countries.
  • Implement cost control and cost-saving measures.
  • Plan staffing needs, including recruitment, training, staff development, motivation, deployment, reassignment, and handling workplace issues to ensure effective use of manpower.
  • Carry out other duties or projects assigned by the Director.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in F&B operations, preferably managing multiple outlets (e.g., casual dining or hotpot).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
  • Proficient in English; ability to communicate with Mandarin‑speaking stakeholders for work purposes is an advantage.
  • Able to work on Saturdays.
  • Willing to travel when required.
