👷🏻♀️👷🏻♂️ Your Role:
  • Handle daily store duties (e.g. receiving, inspection and distribution of goods etc.) and ensure product quality and quantity matched to the purchase order/invoice/documents
  • Carry out stock count and monitor stock status
  • Manage inventory system and ensure inventory accuracy
  • Handle goods delivery and assist with online goods order and/or retail sales
  • Ensure compliance of safety regulations and guidelines
  • Maintain the order and cleanliness of store areas
📚 What You Bring:
  • Qualification: Min. GCE ‘O’ / ’N’ Level / Nitec
  • Year(s) of Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Language(s): Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking stakeholders
  • Required Knowledge/Skill(s): Effective communication skills, Computer literate, Knowledge of inventory/purchasing software
  • Physically fit to lift and carry goods
  • Able to work independently and as part of a teamPossess Class 3 driving license and able to drive Forklift will be of an advantage
