Nike Head Coach – IMM

We need leaders who inspire, empower, and drive performance through a passion for sport and service.

About the Role

As a Head Coach for our highest revenue Unite Door, you’ll lead by example, champion Nike’s values, and create a premium consumer experience. You’ll be responsible for driving commercial success, developing your team, and ensuring operational excellence across all areas of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily operations, ensuring visual, brand, merchandising and operational “door to floor” standards are consistently executed.
  • Communicate and Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and business goals to your team, motivating them to deliver exceptional service.
  • Oversee onboarding and continuous training to drive Employee Engagement and ensure all team members integrate well into Nike’s team culture, and achieve service and operational standards.
  • Use business insights and possess commercial acumen to identify growth opportunities and drive performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and team development sessions using Nike’s “Performance Excellence” framework.
  • Manage stock operations, including deliveries, audits, and cycle counts, in line with Nike HQ policies.
  • Act as the key liaison between the store, Nike HQ, and Territory partners, sharing updates on product, promotions, operations, and policy changes.
What You Bring
  • 7+ years of retail experience & leadership in a dynamic, complex, high-volume retail environment.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong background in retail operations, sales, planning, and customer service.
  • Energetic presence on the shop floor with a passion for sport and the Nike brand.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, inclusive leadership style.
Who You’ll Work With

You will report directly to the Senior Retail Manager, SEA; You will collaborate with equally passionate teammates spanning Merchandising, Planning, Retail Marketing, Nike Direct Leaders, Geo Senior Retail Managers, Real Estate, Store Development, Retail Operations and Nike Athlete Experience Team. At time, you will also work with stakeholders across SEA&I territory, Asia Pacific and Latin America geography.
