Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations & Fulfillment
- Work hands‑on in the warehouse environment when required
- Assist fulfillment team with order processing and packaging
- Support warehouse operations during peak periods and busy seasons
- Ensure quality control standards are maintained throughout the fulfillment process
- Collaborate closely with warehouse team to optimize efficiency and workflow
E-commerce Operations
- Manage online store operations across multiple sales channels
- Handle end‑to‑end order fulfillment process
- Maintain high standards of customer service and support (Manage escalation cases)
Digital Merchandising
- Optimize product presentation and merchandising across e‑commerce platforms
- Ensure products are well‑represented with compelling descriptions and visuals
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock management
- Implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales conversion
Customer Experience
- Provide top‑class customer service to valued customers
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations professionally
- Maintain customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication
Content & Social Media (Bonus Skills)
- Create engaging content to showcase products and services
- Manage social media accounts and online presence
- Develop creative content that drives customer engagement
- Support digital marketing initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in e‑commerce operations or online retail, along with being hands on, directly working on the fulfilment of orders
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Comfortable with multi‑channel e‑commerce platforms
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently
- Creative mindset for content creation and merchandising (a plus)
- Social media management experience (preferred but not required)
