Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations & Fulfillment

• Work hands‑on in the warehouse environment when required
• Assist fulfillment team with order processing and packaging
• Support warehouse operations during peak periods and busy seasons
• Ensure quality control standards are maintained throughout the fulfillment process
• Collaborate closely with warehouse team to optimize efficiency and workflow

E-commerce Operations

• Manage online store operations across multiple sales channels
• Handle end‑to‑end order fulfillment process
• Maintain high standards of customer service and support (Manage escalation cases)

Digital Merchandising

• Optimize product presentation and merchandising across e‑commerce platforms
• Ensure products are well‑represented with compelling descriptions and visuals
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock management
• Implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales conversion

Customer Experience

• Provide top‑class customer service to valued customers
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations professionally
• Maintain customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication

Content & Social Media (Bonus Skills)

• Create engaging content to showcase products and services
• Manage social media accounts and online presence
• Develop creative content that drives customer engagement
• Support digital marketing initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in e‑commerce operations or online retail, along with being hands on, directly working on the fulfilment of orders
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Comfortable with multi‑channel e‑commerce platforms
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently
• Creative mindset for content creation and merchandising (a plus)
• Social media management experience (preferred but not required)
