About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Store cum Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team at RayTechAcot (Singapore) Pte Ltd in Jurong West, West Region. This is a full-time position, offering an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our warehousing, storage and distribution operations.

What you’ll be doing
  • Assist with the management and organisation of our warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper storage procedures
  • Perform some administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and coordinating with other departments
  • Support the logistics team in the processing and tracking of incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Liaise with suppliers and customers to address any queries or concerns
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our warehouse and distribution processes
  • Undertake any other duties as required to support the smooth running of the business
What we’re looking for
  • At least 1‑2 years of experience in a similar warehousing, logistics or administrative role
  • Strong organisational and attention to detail skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • A proactive and problem‑solving mindset, with a keen interest in improving operational efficiency
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software would be an advantage
