Job description

Location: North East Region | Sector: Healthcare / Eldercare

Deliver Expert Nursing Care & Clinical Leadership

Utilize your professional nursing skills in a holistic residential setting. As a Staff Nurse, you will be a clinical leader, providing and supervising a wide range of nursing services, managing emergencies, and ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide preventive and curative nursing/medical services under the guidance of the Home's doctor and Head Nurse.
• Oversee the general health of residents, participating in and supervising daily medical and nursing care routines.
• Supervise, mentor, and assess the performance of Nursing Aides and Health Attendants.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage chronic conditions.
• Assess and respond to emergency medical situations within the Home.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all residents.
• Assist residents with personal care and hygiene as part of the holistic care model.

Who We Are Looking For

• Mandatory: Possess at least a Diploma, Degree, or Professional Degree in Nursing.
• Mandatory: Be a State Registered Nurse with a valid practicing certificate from the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Proven ability to deliver clinical care and work under guidance.
• Strong supervisory skills and the ability to lead a care team.
• Competent in clinical procedures, monitoring vital signs, and emergency response.
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to geriatric nursing.

Schedule & Commitment

• Work Week: 4-5 days per week on a rotating schedule.
• Total Hours: 44 hours per week (excluding meal breaks).
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent.
