You will manage the entire DFT flow, ensuring top-notch quality and test coverage, leveraging over 10 years of DFT experience. Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in DFT for ASIC/SoC designs.
• Deep understanding of ASIC design flow and core DFT concepts.
• History of successful DFT execution on a multi-million-gate product.

Responsibilities

• Develop and set the advanced DFT strategy and implementation plan.
• Lead the implementation of DFT structures, including SCAN and test compression.
• Generate accurate DFT timing constraints and collaborate with the backend design team.
