At Deloitte Restructuring Turnaround & Cost Transformation we work with organisations in Southeast Asia and globally who are seeking to turnaround, restructure, transform and grow their business. We analyse quantitative data and assess qualitative factors relevant to the client's situation. We help businesses, financiers and governments to improve value outcomes across the spectrum, ranging from companies seeking to turnaround short‑term under‑performance to those experiencing financial stress.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or another related analytical field.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.

  • Inquisitive nature and willing to learn independently.
  • Team player willing to collaborate and take the initiative to propose solutions.
  • Comfortable in face of fast‑paced, uncertain and/or ambiguous situations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and visualisation applications like Tableau, PowerBI and Python are not essential but will be viewed favourably.
  • Willing to travel to other Southeast Asian and international locations on assignments.

Min 3 years experience working in an accounting or consulting firm or financial institution.
