TTSH MEDICAL TOWER PROJECT OFFICE
The HealthCity Novena Masterplan was developed by Tan Tock Seng Hospital, as the flagship tertiary hospital of NHG Health to transform the sector into a hub for healthcare, education and research to advance patient-centric care.
As part of Phase 2 of the Masterplan which was recently launched on 9 Sep 2025, the former Communicable Disease Centre 2 and Annex 2 sites will be developed into a new TTSH Medical Tower that will strengthen TTSH’s healthcare capacity, advance frailty-ready and technology-enabled care, improve access to medical intervention and improve clinical care outcomes for the 1.5 million residents of Central and North Singapore.
JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be part of a dynamic start-up team in TTSH in the CEO’s Office to plan, design, develop and construct new patient-centric healthcare facilities for the TTSH Medical Tower under the auspices of Phase 2 of HealthCity Novena Masterplan of TTSH. The upcoming TTSH Medical Tower includes 600 inpatient beds, elective surgical facilities, specialist outpatient clinics, clinical support services (laboratory, pharmacy, radiology among others), the TTSH Emergency Department and clinical staff offices.
This role provides a rare and meaningful opportunity to contribute towards shaping the healthcare landscape in Singapore and positively impacting the future health of our residents. You will be part of a team working closely with clinical and operational stakeholders to ensure the plans for their services are well drawn-up and that opportunities to improve current processes or innovate have been considered. Working with the team, you will collectively ensure that the new healthcare facilities are designed to support these plans in the long run.
Your work will mainly revolve around supporting the Clinical Leads and respective Operational Leads to generate and develop their future facility’s clinical service and operational plans.
This includes but is not limited to Operational and Administrative support including overall facilitation, administrative support and timeline management for discussion forums, hospital management committees and stakeholder engagement sessions,
