Job description

As the Sr. Executive Assistant, you will directly support the VP of Field Engineering for APJ, serving as a strategic partner to help operationalize both day‑to‑day and long‑term initiatives. You will work cross‑functionally with internal teams and our executives to ensure we meet the needs of our customers, partners, and employees.

The Impact You Will Have

• Serve as the first point of contact for the VP and Field Engineering department, triaging, prioritizing, and responding to high‑priority requests from internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure the VP is fully prepared for meetings, briefings, and travel, managing a dynamic, complex calendar across multiple international time zones and anticipating needs in advance.
• Enable effective time management for the VP by facilitating logistical arrangements for meetings, events, and travel—leveraging strong organizational skills to coordinate end‑to‑end execution.
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships across the company, building a robust network to optimize the efficiency and impact of the APJ Field Engineering team.
• Drive operational excellence and support strategic initiatives, ensuring accurate tracking and follow‑through on action items, budget planning, reporting, and contract administration.
• Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality while providing high‑touch, white‑glove support to executive leadership.

Responsibilities
