We are looking for talent whom has strong network with A&D community, with strong track record of project and specification closing to lead a team to maximise market share and sales revenue.
Key responsibilities
Lead a team of specification sales executives to consistently meet targets and enhance team productivity.
Drive annual, quarterly, and monthly sales performance by securing high-value projects through effective specification strategies across multiple product categories.
Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities, establishing strong relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.
Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at increasing market share and brand visibility.
Build and sustain long-term relationships with architects, designers, developers, and other key decision-makers in the built environment sector.
Ensure successful product specification in key projects, tracking the entire lifecycle from lead generation to project completion to achieve sales objectives.
Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within the building materials or architectural products industry with proven sales track record.
Strong understanding of product specifications, and project lifecycles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical information effectively.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, developers and main contractors.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performance sales teams.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and a passion for exceeding targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software and project tracking tools.
Experience in leading a team
Preferably posses own transport
Working Hours : Mon to Fri 8.30am - 6pm
