  • Provide retail sales support.
  • Maintain accurate reports and documentation.

What’s in it for you

The Spa Executive is responsible for delivering high-quality service and ensuring exceptional experience for Members at the Spa and Salon. They coordinates between different sections of the Spa to ensure smooth operations, efficient bookings, and personalized service that meets Member needs.

We are looking for someone who is
  • Strong in interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Calm, meticulous and empathetic
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays (no midnight shifts)
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to)
  • Ensuring a welcoming experience and member satisfaction at the Sen Spa
  • Deliver efficient front desk support
  • Managing reservations across multiple channels (system, app, email, etc)
  • Responding to Member inquiries and feedback and supporting service recovery
  • Promoting spa services and retail products effectively and according to Members' needs
  • Provide retail sales support
  • Generate and maintain accurate reports, records, and relevant documentation to support operational requirements
  • Working closely with the Director of Member Engagement, Spa Manager and the spa team
