Qualifications

• 5-7 years’ relevant experience in investment banking or corporate finance.
• Candidates with less than five years’ experience will not be considered.
• Fluency in English and preferably another Southeast Asian language.

Responsibilities

• Execute transactions and provide financial advisory services for clients.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and valuation to support transactions.
• Support the execution of mergers and acquisitions and capital raising.
