ABOUT THE CLIENT A cloud-native real-time data warehouse company built on the open-source Apache Doris engine.

ABOUT THE ROLE As a Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in driving customer success and commercial growth across the region. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, you will act as a trusted technical advisor—translating complex customer needs into scalable, high-impact data and cloud solutions. This is a hands‑on, individual‑contributor role suited to someone who thrives in fast‑growing, entrepreneurial environments and enjoys shaping solution strategy, supporting pre‑sales engagements, and influencing product direction through deep customer insight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive business expansion by identifying and addressing customers' business and technical needs, providing consulting and planning services, formulating solutions, overseeing delivery and implementation, and leading pre‑sales POC (Proof of Concept) testing.
  • Create customer benchmark projects in industries such as Internet and new economy, develop replicable scenario‑based solutions to improve sales efficiency, and cooperate with the marketing team for market promotion.
  • Continuously refine the value proposition of the company's products and solutions by analysing the competitive dynamics of industry products such as Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, and Google BigQuery.
  • Keep pace with evolving industry trends and customer needs, maintain close cooperation with the product development team, and promote the continuous innovation and iteration of the company's products.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 5+ years’ experience working with data warehouses and big data platforms, with a strong understanding of big data technologies and data architecture.
  • Proven experience in big data consulting and solution implementation, with the ability to quickly understand customer business scenarios and translate needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Strong customer‑facing capabilities, with experience building and maintaining long‑term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proactive and service‑oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Singaporean/PR candidates who can start immediately are welcome to apply.
Bonus Qualifications
  • Experience working in startup or high‑growth environments, with an understanding of their pace and ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated commercial impact, such as supporting customer acquisition, deal growth, or expansion metrics.
  • Hands‑on experience designing cloud‑native, real‑time data solutions.
