Overview

Morgan McKinley is hiring for a Software Engineer contract assignment with a possibility to extend or to go perm!

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy comprehensive end-to-end (chat and web) experiences to enhance product understanding, leveraging our product knowledge repository and catalog.
• Design and expand the architecture of our product knowledge repository to support scalability and efficiency.
• Design and expand the architecture of our product catalog to accommodate growth and complexity.
• Create intelligent agents capable of utilizing resources and tools to deliver expert-level insights into Grab’s product catalog, including rollout status and performance metrics.

Requirements

• More than 3 years relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with AI development tools and building intelligent agents.
• Proficient in coding with Python, Go, and React.
• Familiarity with machine learning ecosystems, including platforms, libraries, and frameworks, is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
