Job description

Responsibilities

• Gather project requirements and analyse project objectives/goals to create customer workflows and dynamic, scalable Salesforce applications
• Troubleshoot errors and ensure solutions meet changing project needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate business requirements
• Develop Apex classes and triggers to support business needs and custom user interface development
• Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with third-party systems and Whole-of-Government components/services
• Adhere to Salesforce best practices with proper documentation

Requirements

• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer
• Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience, especially with Service Cloud
• Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions will be a bonus
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce development and customisation, including:
• Apex development
• Visualforce page development
• Lightning components development
• Third-party API and SFTP integrations
• Data migration using other CRM tools (e.g., Data Loader), including experience with Curam DB2 (preferred)
• Configuration experience, including:
• Hands-on administration setup (managing org, users, profiles, roles, security controls, data and support processes configuration)
• Designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, validation rules and flows
• Report and dashboard configuration
• Experience with OmniStudio and OmniScript will be a bonus
