Roles and Responsibilities
1. Developing and Implementing Clinical Excellence
  • Support the team in implementing standardized clinical protocols, processes, and practice standards across MWS Family Services.
  • Support the team to operationalize a unified clinical practice framework that guides assessment, intervention, supervision, and documentation across services.
  • Support the team in developing roadmaps and growth plans to support staff development and career progression.
2. Supporting Clinical & Service Excellence
  • Participate in Clinical Reviews and provide clinical input on challenging cases.
  • Support reviews of operational and clinical workflows to ensure alignment with evolving service standards, and assist in implementing standardized documentation practices.
  • Support annual MSF Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) clinical audits.
  • Implement practice observation processes to support reflective learning and quality assurance.
3. Team Management & Professional Development
  • Assist in planning induction programmes and internal trainings for FSC staff.
  • Participate in practice circles and skill-sharing platforms to enhance clinical capacity.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and documentation that support staff learning.
  • Support in designing specialization tracks and advanced clinical pathways for FS staff.
  • Support in developing a tiered competency framework aligned with appraisal criteria and career progression goals.
  • Participate in centre-based clinical consults to support integrated best practices across the Family Services ecosystem.
4. Developing Group Work Programmes
  • Support the development and delivery of group work initiatives.
  • Assist in creating psychoeducational materials for vulnerable members.
  • Contribute to the documentation and evaluation of group and community work processes.
  • Engage in ad-hoc consultations with centres to integrate best practices and ensure alignment with broader service goals.
  • Plan and coordinate training for groupwork facilitators, ensuring fidelity to therapeutic models and responsiveness to member needs.
  • Participate in evaluation activities to assess programme outcomes and service effectiveness.
  • Support research initiatives by contributing to data collection, documentation, and internal sharing of insights.
  • Advocate for a culture of inquiry, innovation, and evidence-informed practice across the FS network.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work from an accredited institution, or a Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work from an accredited institution, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in social work practice.
  • Proficiency in documentation of protocols and processes is essential.
  • Good analytical skills with a critical mindset.
  • A team player who can also work independently.
  • Able to multitask effectively.
  • Strong interest in research, clinical practice, group facilitation, and professional development is an advantage.
