Job description

Our client is a leading non-profit organisation dedicated to strengthening families and empowering individuals through community-based support. They operate multiple Family Service Centres (FSCs) and are looking for passionate Social Workers (Assistant Senior, Senior or Lead) to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

For All Levels:

• Provide casework, counselling, risk assessment and crisis intervention for individuals and families.
• Conduct client/ community assessments, care planning, and referrals to community resources.
• Facilitate support groups and community outreach programs.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and comply with operational and practice protocols, processes and policies.

For Senior / Lead roles:

• To supervise Junior social workers and assess of compliance to professional process.
• To assess supervisees' capabilities, identify professional growth areas and build training interventions to meet the growth areas.
• Lead multidisciplinary case discussions with government agencies and community partners.
• Develop and evaluate intervention programs to address emerging community needs.
• Contribute to policy and service improvements within the FSC.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work from an accredited institution/ Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work from an accredited institution
• Minimum 5 years of direct experience in a Family Service Centre (FSC) setting. (for Asst Snr/Snr roles)
• Strong case management, counselling, and crisis intervention skills.
• Experience working with families, children, youth, elderly, or vulnerable groups.
• For Lead Role: Proven leadership in supervising teams and managing complex cases and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
