Join our dynamic and vibrant department as Social Work Assistant in Yishun Health Campus and make an impact on the lives of patients and their families. We are seeking compassionate and trained individuals to support our acute, community hospital and outpatient clinics.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial care (including financial assistance) to patients.
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to establish a holistic care plan and carry out appropriate interventions.
• Provide support to the MSW in casework management and department administration tasks such as managing front counter duties.
