We are JUO Studios: a creative shop that specialises in post-production, creative concepts, and storytelling — and we’re looking for a Junior Social Strategist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of social media strategies that align with brand goals, campaign objectives, and audience growth.
  • Break down client briefs to understand business and social objectives to help translate them into clear, actionable strategies while ensuring content aligns with client branding and platform best practices.
  • Leverage insights across brand, audience, and culture to support the development of impactful strategies that support campaign initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support building strategic foundations that enable standout creative ideas for campaigns.
  • Monitor content performance, platform developments, and social trends to assist in refining strategies and share relevant updates with internal teams.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and industry analysis to assist in identifying opportunities and ensure strategies stay ahead of evolving audience and platform behaviors.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in social media/digital marketing strategy and data analytics.
  • Fluent in English, with business-level proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking. Strong spelling and grammar skills are essential.
  • Proficient in GSuite tools, with a solid understanding of data analysis and presentation fundamentals.
  • Have experience in running a creative campaign, from strategy development to creative execution.
  • Ability to clearly articulate and present strategy-led campaign ideas to internal stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
