Job description
  • Develop and execute social media strategy with strong focus on video, Reels & short-form content

  • Lead content planning for commercial kitchen equipment, café setups & F&B workflows

  • Oversee shooting, editing and publishing of videos and posts

  • Manage social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts

  • Plan content calendar, campaigns & product launches

  • Analyse performance metrics and optimise content for engagement & leads

  • Work closely with sales, design & operations teams

  • Manage and guide junior staff / interns (if any)

Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications or related field

  • 3–5 years experience insocial media marketing (video-focused)

  • Strong understanding of Reels, TikTok trends & algorithms

  • Hands‑on experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)

  • Creative, strategic thinker with strong execution skills

  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Good to Have
  • Experience inF&B, café, hospitality or equipment industry

  • Basic photography / videography knowledge

  • Paid ads or influencer collaboration experience
