Develop and execute social media strategy with strong focus on video, Reels & short-form content
Lead content planning for commercial kitchen equipment, café setups & F&B workflows
Oversee shooting, editing and publishing of videos and posts
Manage social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts
Plan content calendar, campaigns & product launches
Analyse performance metrics and optimise content for engagement & leads
Work closely with sales, design & operations teams
Manage and guide junior staff / interns (if any)
Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications or related field
3–5 years experience insocial media marketing (video-focused)
Strong understanding of Reels, TikTok trends & algorithms
Hands‑on experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
Creative, strategic thinker with strong execution skills
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Experience inF&B, café, hospitality or equipment industry
Basic photography / videography knowledge
Paid ads or influencer collaboration experience
Leadership role with creative ownership
