What you’ll be doing
Social Content Management & Execution (65%):
- Own and maintain the social media calendars of various brands across platforms as brand guardian (Instagram, TikTok etc)
- Research and ride cultural and content trends, tailoring them for each brand.
- Create, capture, and edit content — from behind-the-scenes moments shot on iPhone to high-production campaigns alongside internal content and external agency teams
- Craft compelling captions, promotions, and activations that engage and convert
- Track and report on social performance against KPIs (engagement rate, reach, growth, conversions), using insights to continuously optimise content
Marketing Support (35%)
- Support marketing activities including but not limited to campaign planning, reporting, collateral updates, PR / influencer collaborations, event planning and finance admin
- Support internal and external stakeholder communications to ensure seamless marketing executions across channels and functions, aligned with brand and business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1-3 years of hands-on social media experience in F&B, lifestyle or retail preferred (agency or in-house)
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)

- Keeps a finger on the pulse of trends in food and culture, locally and abroad
- Comfortable with social media metrics and platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu etc, able to turn numbers into actionable insights
- Passion for building brands with soul and personality
- (Bonus) If you’ve run or have an interest in AI content tools and/or paid social media marketing
- (Bonus) If you’re skilled in video or photo editing software like CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Premiere Pro
