Job description
Role Purpose

We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Retail Store Associate to deliver high-quality skin and scalp consultation services using cutting-edge diagnostic equipment. In addition to standard retail merchandising duties, the role involves performing personalized assessments, providing skincare advice, and promoting targeted product solutions. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience and driving category growth in skincare and haircare.

The Role
  • End-to-End Customer Engagement Actively engage and introduce customers to skin/scalp analysis services. Assist in the registration process and identify skin/scalp concerns. Perform skin/scalp analysis using diagnostic equipment, guiding customers through the process. Provide high-level personalised results consultation and recommend skincare/haircare solutions based on the report. Provide excellent customer service and respond to queries about service (using FAQs) and product category/use guidance.
  • Equipment Hygiene & Maintenance Sanitize and maintain diagnostic equipment after each use. Store properly and ensure hardware is in working order.
  • Merchandising & Store Operations Stocking, pricing, replenishment, product displays, and visual merchandising in-store.
About You
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in Retail / Business Management
  • At least 2 years of retail experience, with prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Passion for skincare/haircare and willingness to learn diagnostic tools
  • Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Good problem-solving abilities, attention to hygiene, and comfort in recommending products
