Job summary

A global organization based in Singapore is seeking a motivated individual to join their Global HR team. The role involves supporting the development and execution of HR strategies, collaborating with senior management on workforce planning, and facilitating communication with stakeholders. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply, especially those with proficiency in Korean. This position offers a minimum of 14 days annual leave and working hours from 8:45 AM to 5:45 PM.

  • Support the development and execution of Global HR strategies
  • Assist with workforce planning and organizational operations in collaboration with senior management
  • Coordinate and align regional HR practices and policies
  • Support recruitment, performance management, compensation, and career development initiatives
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with Global HR stakeholders
  • Support the improvement of HR programs through data-driven analysis
Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • Singapore Citizen, Permanent Resident, or candidates eligible for employment in Singapore
  • (Preferred) Prior experience in Global HR
  • Proficiency in Korean is an advantage, as the role involves frequent communication with the Korean stakeholders

Work Location & Working Hours: 9 Benoi Sector (work location may be subject to change; company shuttle bus available from Boon Lay MRT) / 8:45 AM – 5:45 PM

Leave Entitlement: Minimum of 14 days of annual leave
